Dear Nepali Community of Oregon and Vancouver, WA,
Raksha Daralame’s Thulo Buwa her husband Laxman Daralame father-in-law (Raksha’s father’s older brother) passed away on August 25th, 2023.
Her Thulo Buwa’s name is Tulsi Thapa, age 78 and was a notable literature, teacher and linguist from Hetauda, Makawanpur.
Raksha was very close with her Thulo Buwa.
Raksha ,and her husband Laxman our Vice President of the Nepali Association of Oregon, Board of Director for NRNA NCC USA and the family please accept our heartfelt condolences in these very hard times and we pray that the departed soul rest in peace.
