Official Invitation to Nepali Association of Oregon to Participate in NW Jamghat Picnic

Dear Nepali Association of Oregon,
Namaste and warm greetings from Seattle!

We are excited to be hosting the much-awaited NW Jamghat Picnic this year in Seattle and we would like to invite you to join us for the event on Labor Day weekend (September 3rd, Sunday). As usual, the event will be the celebration of Nepali diversity and unity between the state of Oregon, Washington, and the province of British Columbia. This will be an excellent opportunity for our communities to bond, foster new friendships, and strengthen existing ones.
On September 3rd, we will have the grand picnic day, where we will enjoy delicious Nepali cuisine, cultural performances, and various entertaining programs. Your participation in these cultural events, showcasing traditional dances, and sharing our cultural meals with us would undoubtedly add a special touch to this day.

We firmly believe that together, we can create a warm and welcoming atmosphere that will leave lasting memories for everyone involved. Your active involvement will not only make the picnic more enjoyable but also serve as a unifying force among Nepali communities in the region.

We kindly request your organization’s support in promoting the event within your network and encouraging your members to join us for this joyful occasion (attached is a flyer for easy sharing).
